Set overlooking a wooded valley a few miles from the coast and the beaches of Aberporth and Tresaith, this spacious barn conversion makes an ideal relaxing holiday retreat for all the family.
There are ample woodland walks around the property where the wildlife abounds and in spring the wildflowers grow in profusion.

A trout stream runs through the fields of the farm land where the owner has fishing rights. One small well behaved pet welcome.
This single storey barn conversion was once the original cowshed and has now been sympathetically converted by the local owners offering charming holiday accommodation.
A stable door opens into the kitchen dining room which has a tiled floor and is cosy, warm and welcoming.
The kitchen is well-equipped and fully fitted with oak units, ceramic hob, electric oven, and dishwasher, whilst the dining area contains a pine dining table and matching chairs. The adjacent utility room houses the automatic washing machine and provides ideal storage for beach equipment.
The lounge is full of character, having a sloping ceiling with the original old beams, laminated wooden floors and patio doors overlooking the valley. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two large sofas and reclining easy chair, digital colour TV, hi-fi stereo system, large pine Welsh dresser and various items of pine furniture.
The master bedroom is spacious, containing a pine double bed with matching bedroom furniture and colour TV; there is an en suite shower room which has a shower cubicle with electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.
The second bedroom contains a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe.
Bedroom three contains pine twin beds with matching pine furniture.
Pretty bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets. A cot and highchair are provided.
The bathroom contains bath with overhead mixer shower, wash hand basin and WC. Towels are provided and included in the rental.
There is full oil-fired central heating throughout the cottage which is included in the rental from April to October and will be charged at a flat rate of £25 throughout the winter months.
There is ample parking for cars, boats, etc. in front of the property. There is a sunny patio area around the cottage and garden furniture is provided.
Children are welcome to play ball games in the adjacent 5 acre field.
This is perfect spot to sit and relax after exploring the splendid coastline.
