Cardigan Estuary towards Gwbert

The front door opens into a large hallway and leads on to the lounge-diner. This room is very light and spacious, where one can sit and relax and enjoy the ever changing sea views of Cardigan Bay. Comfortably furnished, there are 2 settees, coffee table, occasional furniture, Digital TV, Video and DVD player, CD stereo system. The dining area occupies one side of the lounge and is furnished with a table and seating for up to 8 people.

French Doors open onto the front patio where you can fully appreciate the dramatic setting of your holiday and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea.

The new, fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped, has light fitted units, tiled floor, an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, along with a full set of crockery and cutlery.
Fine views of the headland can be enjoyed even whilst preparing a meal !

Fully double glazed and with full oil central heating throughout the property, this is as ideal retreat any time of the year.

Along with the patio to the front of the property, there is also another small patio in the back, which enjoys the morning sun. Steps from the patio lead to a large enclosed lawn ideal for children. There is ample parking on the driveway. Garden furniture provided

Golygfa Deg is within walking distance of an 18 and a 9 hole golf course, fantastic beaches within walking distance around the nearby cliffs, larger beaches suitable for all water sports and beach activities such as kiting at Poppit sands, kayaking at Tresaith, sailing at Aberporth and swimming at all but sometimes with dolphins, at Mwnt, all within easy reach. Local hotel and restaurants, sailing club, squash and sea fishing. Seals and dolphins are regularly sighted along this rugged and beautiful coastline with its secluded caves.
