Blaensaith Cottage is a newly refurbished cottage with great sea views attached to the main farmhouse on a working dairy farm near Aberporth.

Sleeps 6, offers total privacy with its own enclosed garden and parking with beautiful views over Cardigan Bay. It retains its cottage character with some exposed stone walls.

Near beach,  Near golf course,  Near riding stable,  On farm,  Sea views,  Stabling available,  Walk to nearby pub - what more could you want ???

The ground floor is open plan with a comfortable seating area with TV and DVD and an electric 'wood burner' heater.

The kitchen / dining area has sea views and is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one bedroom with two bunks and one bedroom with twin beds and sea views.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.

Outside there is ample parking, an enclosed garden and a decking area with garden furniture and barbeque.

All fuel and bed linen is included but guests are asked to bring their own towels. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage and as this is a working farm we cannot accommodate pets.

The farm has horses and stabling so it is possible to bring a horse at extra cost and by prior arrangement.
