SIOP Y TRAETH (Beach Shop in Welsh) is the only shop in Tresaith. It is located as the name suggests, right on the beach!

Probably the main reason to visit the shop is to taste the wonderful local ice cream from nearby Pembrokeshire.

The staff are always welcoming and helpful. They can also prepare all kind of fair trade coffee that is always highly praised. Baguettes, filled rolls and other snacks are available during the summer months.

Suppliers of riding equipment of all descriptions, including new and pre-owned saddles, bridles, bits, headcollars, girths, stirrup leathers, stirrup irons, horseboots, horse rugs, crops and whips together with specialist clothing for the rider such as hats, boots, gloves, jodhpurs, jackets, weatherproof coats, high-visibility gear and body protectors. We also supply accessories for stable management such as rubber matting, muck rakes, shovels, tie rings, haynets, fly repellents, grooming equipment and care products such as leather treatments and cleaners.

Selling homegrown potatoes and salad crops from the farm, complemented with seasonal fruit and vegetables from local growers.

Home made cakes, desserts, savoury pies and quiches are also big customer favourites.

The shop is particularly known and popular for its extensive range of Welsh artisan cheeses, and stock 80 different types in the shop.

It all started when we began selling surplus fruit and vegetables from our farm in Ceredigion. Twenty years later, Llwynhelyg Farm Shop is a "Food lovers paradise" which has won a host of awards for the quality and diversity of its produce, most of which is sourced from the locality and around Wales.
