Park at St Cynwyl’s Church, Aberporth (free) on the B4333.

Turn right on to the main road and walk a few yards down the hill where the green man indicates a path to the left; continue straight across the estate and a narrow path goes into the woods (ideal for dogs) you cross a small stream and up hill, at the top bare right and continue by a fence and passing close to a house you come to a small road; cross straight over and continue down narrow path beside the stream. Eventually you come to a road and turn right down the hill and round to the bay. Seats are available if you wish to relax (The Ship Inn just around the corner if you need a drink or a pub meal). Back up the main B4333 passing the school on the right and back to the car park.
